Volunteer Coordinator - Part time - Based Bristol or Devizes
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to lead the promotion, recruitment, training and management of our volunteers across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and Wiltshire.
Over the next few years, we envisage volunteers will play an increasingly key role in the development of our sight loss services across the West of England, and our ability to provide high quality support to blind and partially-sight people in the area. We want to ensure that our volunteers are valued and motivated and that volunteering is fully embedded in all the services we deliver to support our clients. Volunteer roles cover a wide range of areas across the charity including running support groups and social activities, fundraising, and office duties.
This is an exciting role which will help Vision West of England to make a step-change in how we work with volunteers and to build up a service which can make a real difference to our reach and impact across the region.
£23,000 pro rata, 3 days per week.
